New - Faculty Summer and Supplemental Pay Policy: The Faculty Summer and Supplemental Pay Policy outlines the requirements governing compensation for full-time faculty at Georgia Tech beyond regular academic-year responsibilities, including summer pay, course overloads, and other forms of supplemental pay. The policy establishes eligibility criteria, compensation limits, documentation requirements, and approval processes to ensure compliance with Institute, University System of Georgia, and applicable state and federal requirements. It also clarifies how teaching load and faculty workload determine when additional compensation is appropriate and identifies limited exceptions for certain revenue-generating academic programs.
